Commission Specialist Part-Time | Homebased

We are looking for a Commission Specialist to join our team and support commission-related processes for a growing technology company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers, with hands-on experience managing commission calculations in a fast-paced technology environment.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Calculate and process sales commissions accurately and on time
• Review commission data, sales transactions, and supporting reports
• Validate commission calculations and investigate discrepancies
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other teams to resolve commission-related concerns
• Maintain accurate commission records and prepare regular reports
• Support commission adjustments, reconciliations, and month-end activities
• Ensure commission processes are aligned with company policies and guidelines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commission calculation, administration, or related finance operations
• Experience handling commissions within a technology/SaaS/software company is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of commission calculations, reconciliations, and data validation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

System requirements:

• Computer Processor: Intel 8th generation or newer/AMD Ryzen 2000 series or newer
• Computer Memory/RAM: At least 16.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
• Computer OS: Windows 11 and future enterprise operating systems
• Storage: 500 GB SSD
• With licensed MS Office and extra monitor
• Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up connection)
