Harold Kinoshita
Harnessing over three decades' worth of accounting experience, Harold gave birth to what was formerly Unified Accounting & Tax, a full-suite firm offering tailored financial solutions to Silicon Valley startups. Starting with just a handful of talents, Harold's hunger for growth would lay the foundation for what would become a forerunner in the offshore talent outsourcing industry.
Within six short years, Harold set off yet another evolution: elevating the firm to Unified Global and exponentially growing the firm by activating Filipino talents through the remote work revolution: pushing the frontier of offshore talent outsourcing while still imbibing Silicon Valley's innovative spirit.
Today, Harold leads the charge by championing values of empathy, efficiency, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Unified Global is not his own, but of every consultant who believed he can make a difference and of all the clients to whom he pays the grace forward.
TJ Taruc
As Chief Operating Officer and Principal Officer of Unified Global, TJ leads a global operation spanning five regions and more than 500 international consultants. With over 20 years of leadership experience, she has been instrumental in scaling the company’s delivery model, refining its internal frameworks, and ensuring service continuity across onshore and offshore teams. Under her watch, Unified Global has grown from a focused consultancy into a multi-disciplinary firm known for reliability, discipline, and world-class client support.
TJ's professional foundation is built on decades of experience across consulting, outsourcing, and operations management. She has led high-performing service teams, built performance cultures, and delivered scalable solutions across accounting, talent, and tech-driven environments. From client retention strategies to process optimization, TJ brings the kind of seasoned perspective that turns complexity into clarity, one that's always guided by her core values: trust, loyalty, and integrity.
